FREEDOM OF INFORMATION OFFICE

This Office is responsible for responding to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act (PA) requests. We implement the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Department of Justice (DOJ) and Department of Defense (DoD) guidance regarding the FOIA/PA and ensure the requirements of Executive Order (EO) 13392 (Improving Agency Disclosure of Information) and the Action Plan are fulfilled.
