MISSION:
The mission of the Customer Support Group (CSG) is to provide customer advocacy that advances the global awareness of and access to PEO STRI’s capabilities in support of the Warfighter and the Nation.
INTRODUCTION:
The CSG provides an entry point for ease of navigation within the PEO STRI organization for Army, other services, joint agencies, other U.S. departments and agencies, allied nations, and our industry stakeholders. The CSG works with these agencies to better understand their training, simulation or testing requirements and how PEO STRI solutions can support their missions.
To accomplish these tasks, the CSG is organized into three business units: the Warfighter Outreach Office (WOO), the International Programs Office (IPO), and the Joint Training Integration and Evaluation Center (JTIEC). The Assistant Program Executive Officer for Customer Support (APEO CS) serves as the PEO STRI principal on the Team Orlando Board of Directors (BoD). The CSG provides staffing to the JTIEC.
The CSG also directs and manages the PEO STRI Events Managements Office (EMO), ensuring that PEO STRI’s message is communicated and assistance is given to the PM offices in their outreach activities. The EMO plans and manages PEO STRI’s participation in exhibits, conferences and events across the country and around the world. The EMO also promotes the awareness of PEO STRI’s capabilities, products and services through an annual publication and distribution of the PEO STRI Desk-Side Reference Guide.

The CSG plays an essential role in successfully achieving PEO STRI’s mission to support the Warfighter and the Nation. The CSG demonstrates its commitment to this role by vigorously working to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitating access to the products and services PEO STRI has to offer.
