MISSION:
PM Combat Training Instrumentation Systems develops, fields, and performs acquisition life-cycle management of world-class live combat training instrumentation systems at Homestations and Combat Training Centers in order to ensure no Soldier goes into harm's way untrained.
VISION:
Recognized throughout the Army and Joint community as the premier provider of ground combat live training instrumentation systems. PM CTIS achieves this vision through:

- Responsiveness to emerging live training requirements in support of the Global War on Terrorism
- Delivering cost effective, dependable, and sustainable live combat training instrumentation systems in a timely manner

BACKGROUND:
PM CTIS Live training instrumentation systems provide world-class training capabilities in support of Army Force Generation and our Joint and coalition partners. Our products collect and process training data such as real-time casualty assessments, simulate the Current Operating Environment, facilitate exercise command and control, and provide accurate and timely training feedback to the training units. PM CTIS produces Live training instrumentation solutions which enable seamless integration of Live, Virtual, and Constructive training domains through adherence to CTIA standards, and provide a common secure range communication architecture providing voice and data services. Our goal is to prepare the Warfighter with first class training to fight and win future battles and the Global War On Terrorism.
