To provide practical experience for U.S. Air Force C-27J Loadmaster (LM) personnel in the use of checklists (interior items only), palletized loading, winching, loading of vehicles and rolling stock, loading and rigging for aerial delivery, aeromedical evacuation, and principles of cargo restraint. The FuT will support LM training in a stand-alone mode.
DESCRIPTION:
The FuT requirements called for an actual C-27/G-222 fuselage to be used and for specific areas to be simulated in order to accomplish the associated C-27J LM training tasks. The FuT will be designed to provide training in normal and emergency LM procedures.
