To develop common technology tools, processes, procedures, practices and standards required to support U.S. Army Operational Test Command (USAOTC) test missions. Specifically, OASIS-EIS integrates test technologies and weaves them into the live, virtual and constructive test environment by providing a family of integrated systems to support operational tests.
DESCRIPTION:
OASIS-EIS is an acquisition program that will acquire the tools and define the processes necessary to develop, enhance, integrate and operate the Army’s Operational Test Command test technology capabilities as an enterprise solution. These solutions will support four test technology areas: data collection, reduction and analysis; LVC simulation systems; tactical systems and networks and test control systems. OASIS-EIS will deliver improved test support capabilities through a combination of process improvements, requirements tracking, focused acquisitions of systems and software, and new development efforts as needed.
