NOTICE of LCPM Industry Day Program Update on June 8, 2015-----------UPDATED 5-13-2015 ---------------------------------------------------------------

The U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), Program Manager Training Devices (PM TRADE) is conducting an Industry Day to provide additional information concerning the Life Cycle Product-line Management (LCPM) requirements formerly known as Range Instrumentation Lifecycle Management (RILM). LCPM has grown in scope from its inception as a contract vehicle for predominantly PM Digital Training (DT) programs into a Project Manager for Training Devices (PM TRADE) contract vehicle encompassing a diverse array of live training programs. A Sources Sought Notice (SSN) with draft Statements of Work (SOW) will be posted for review prior to the Industry Day.

The LCPM Industry Day Program Update is scheduled on June 8, 2015 from 1400-1600 EDT. The meeting will be held at the University of Central Florida Partnership II Bldg, 3100 Technology Parkway, Suite 230, Room 208, in Orlando, FL 32826.

To ensure adequate space is available, each contractor is limited to three representatives. Attendees shall pre-register providing the attendees’ names, company name, a Point of Contact (POC) for the company with phone number, and email address via email to the Contracts POC: Jason Holden at jason.n.holden.civ@mail.mil or 407-208-3312 no later than 2:00 PM on Monday, June 1, 2015. If you are a Foreign National, this must be indicated in your response.

Industry will also have the opportunity to schedule a 45-minute one-on-one session with members of the Government project team. When pre-registering, please indicate your firm's desire to participate in a one-on-one session. Your firm's point of contact will be notified of the date and time for your scheduled 45-minute one-on-one discussion. The one-on-one sessions will be held in the same facility as the Industry Day Update, from 0800 - 1700 on Tuesday, June 9, 2015; and from 0800 - 1700 on Wednesday, June 10, 2015.
