Mission
Flight School XXI (FS XXI) Simulation Services provides training services at the U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence (AVNCoE), Fort Rucker, AL. PdL Turn-Key Training Services provides first contact through advanced flight training to all Army Aviators by supporting Initial Entry Rotary Wing training, Graduate pilot training, Collective training, and Professional Military Education.
Description
A training support capability is provided by the Contractor to schedule, manage, operate, maintain, and upgrade the FS XXI virtual flight simulators; integrate and optimize the training and concept exploration and experimentation activities for the AVNCoE simulation facilities; develop tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP); develop training products such as training support packages (TSP), combined arms training strategies (CATS), mission training plans (MTP), aircrew training manuals (ATM), and training scenario generation tools; and provide technical, tactical, and training development and implementation assistance in support of aviation training.
System Interdependencies
PM Air and Command Tactical Trainers (PM ACTT) is the acquisition PM for FS XXI.
