Mission

To provide a product line architecture that supports the development and evolution of Army training instrumentation systems.  CTIA enables interoperability with current systems and future modernization efforts including emerging Army and joint architectures.

Description

PM Soldier Training provides training capabilities with products composed of reusable and interoperable software components and services standardized by CTIA – the software architecture defined by the Army’s Live Training Transformation (LT2) product line.  For more than a decade, CTIA has enabled the LT2 product line to achieve nearly $1 billion in cumulative cost avoidance.  CTIA and its assets are Army-owned.  CTIA-based systems are fielded at the Army’s Combat Training Centers, home stations and over 200 live training ranges worldwide.
