Liz Bledsoe is a retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel. During her 20-year Army career, Liz served as a Signal Corps Officer in 11th Signal Brigade, which included deployments to Somalia (Operation Restore Hope) and Haiti (Operation Uphold Democracy). Her military career continued in Germany with 7th Signal Brigade and US Army Europe (USAREUR). She transferred to the Army Acquisition Corps and completed tours in the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Army Human Resources Command, and Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO) Joint Tactical Radio Systems (JTRS).
Following her military retirement in 2012, Liz worked in the Cyber Acquisition office in the Assistant Secretary of the Army (ASA) Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ALT) where she assisted in creating the foundations for Army cyber acquisition programs in coordination with HQDA and ASA(ALT). Then she was the Deputy Product Manager for Cyber Resiliency and Training that included the initiation of the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) program at the Army Program Executive Office Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI). In September 2021, Liz assumed the charter as the Product Manager for Electronic Warfare Integration (EWI) under Project Manager Electronic Warfare and Cyber (EW&C), PEO Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (IEW&S).
On June 27, 2025, she assumed the charter as Project Manager for Training Devices at PEO Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI).
